Production Process and Raw Materials to Finished Product.
Our products are treated and activated to meet the requirements of our various grades and undergoing the process of vacuum, heat temperature, pulverising to meet particle size, contact time and stirring, ensuring a uniform bleaching activity of our product.
To ensure customers satisfaction of our finished products, test are constantly been carried out to determine the filtration properties of our Bleaching Earth, our quality maintains to enhance fast oil filtration. Results shows that after oil have been bleached by W Clay Industries Bleaching Earth, the oil loss in the spent earth is at its minimal, that means a higher production volume and less wastage.
We set a high standards for our raw materials with careful selection, evaluation and monitoring as part of our commitment which form the basis of our relationship of trust with our customers.

About Bleaching Earth
Adsorption:
The high adsorption capacity of bleaching earths is their best-known property and adsorption capacity can be enhanced with acid treatment.The resultant increases in pore volume and surface area enhance the above parameters, giving the bleaching earth a high adsorption capacity for phosphatides, colouring pigments and trace metal impurities.
Catalytic properties:
The catalytic properties of the clay, are responsible for the destruction of peroxides, which increases oxidation stability of the refined oil.
Particle size distribution & filtration:
The particle size distribution is of crucial importance: poor granulation can lead to poor filtration rates and bleaching under-performance. It is thus essential to have tight control of particle size distribution in order to optimize overall bleaching efficiency. It is important to note that different oils and fats may require different bleaching earth characteristics and W Clay provides an optimized particle size distribution.
Activation
Pure Homogeneous Fullers Earth" which are of premium grades will be tested and selected by our Quality Control Laboratory, before been approved to under-go through the activation process, this has resulted in W Clay quality assured final end products.
The activation process will go through a certain degree of constant heat temperature to open up the pores and ionisation. Subsequently going through acid activation process. It will then be pulverise to maintain an even particle size to maximise oil filtration.
